BUG REPORTING

In order to help us fix an issue, it would be helpful to include the following:

• Detailed steps on how to Reproduce the bug
  
• The severity of the bug - is it a crash, a blocker, a minor graphical issue, broken functionality?
  
• Any other useful information: Does it happen 100%? Has it happened once but you've been unable to reproduce it since?
