i would defently say it's easy to call an open world game just that you really end up going back to the only city, that i have been in so far, regularly.
either way id call this an open world game still. im only part way through chapter 2 and not sure how many chapters.

ther eis multiplayer too for this?
To specify: There is multiplayer for this game, but not for the open world.
One part of the multiplayer missions plays in relatively large parts of the open world, others (mostly the single boss ones) play in very small arenas, but you can't free-roam the entirety of the open world with your co-op partners at all no matter which kind of mission you take.
This is actually about as spot on as it can get. The areas might not be as big for traveling time as dragons dogma but its the same idea.
