I have sent an e-mail to Sega regarding the blood raven armo as they offer support with Space Marine now on their website. Heard of some guys who asked for the power sword and got it for free, so thought I would take a chance with the armor. They replied saying that they can't help and won't be selling it on steam. So sorry dude, but its a no go. Want it myself REALLY bad! There are so many guys out there descovering glitches and making hacks and ♥♥♥♥, you would think one of them has come up with a useful one to unlock that armor.

Not really helpfull news but I wanted to share none the less. So, I have not really given up on the Blood Raven Chaper armor regardless what everyone says. To admit defeat is to blaspheme against the Emperor. So as the stubborn space marine that I am and following the motto "Knowledge is power, guard it well", I jumped on the web looking for some info and played around the file directory thinking I can find the file that unlocks it. In addition, I sent e-mails to Steam, Games Workshop, and to Relic UK as suggested by Relic US (My first e-mail was to Relic US so I hoped the UK branch could help or point me at the right direction) I kept in mind, if I could get someone to help me or figure a way to unlock it myself, I could help everyone who wants this armor. Steam replied that they could not help and that they sent my "query" to THQ. But THQ is closed, so whats that going to help? I ignored it and thought I would just carry on in my "eternal quest to recover the lost Blood Raven's armor". A month later THQ actually replied! The guy who responded was named Greg and wrote the following;

I believe the armor set was a pre-order offer through Steam. Unfortunatly, THQ is no longer in business and we have no way of unlocking or providing the armor. our apologies for the inconvenience. The Blood Ravens are a cool chapter (even if they have traitor gene seed)

Not only did he deny my armor, he just had to rub the traitor gene seed thing in my wounds. Thanks THQ, kick a Battle Brother while he is down.

The Blood Ravens pre-order shows up as steam product ID 55342 inside the contentmanagement.xml file, located inside the game folder. It might have been thought of for a DLC pack, but was scrapped. To concurr with Pachira, the PS3 is exempt from this rule and has its own ID.

As I understand it, it was for sale on the steam store a few months after the game's release, but for a very short time.
