Single-Player DLC?
It isn't very clear from the product discriptions, aside from the power sword dlc, is there any dlc for SP or is it all for online MP?
Also are the two Chapter Packs just newer playable characters for MP?

It is all for online MP, although you can, of course, play the chaos invasion alone, but it will be very hard beyond the first arena.

check out the mods you can get for single player if you have'nt alreay. Some are pretty fun to use...
