I would also encourage anyone to post any sales or offers that I might miss in this thread.
My intention is to keep this thread up-to-date with all current sale-offers for the game & DLC that I come across. I will include (besides Steam of course) authorized retailers such as Humble Bundle, Green Man Gaming, StackSocial, Amazon and other well-known and trusted online-shops that sell STEAM KEYS or physical copies of the game, as well as some unauthorized retailers who specialize in the sale of STEAM KEYS from originally packaged copies of the game (and possibly other methods).
Please note that all I am trying to do is to give visitors of these forums the chance to buy the game cheap and join the Space Marine community to play this wonderfull, flawed but fun game.
I am in no way affiliated whatsoever with any of these retailers and I can't guarantee that your purchase will go smoothly or without risks (especially where unauthorized retailers are concerned).
Please also note that some links will not pass Steam's spamfilter; in these cases you'll just have to do some of the legwork yourself.
I will keep updating the first post in this thread with all current sales that are known to me.

I have never bought from them before and I can not attest to their trustworthiness.
However, if you feel brave enough to try them out then you might get the game with all DLC for a bit less than what Steam recently offered the collection for (STEAM GIFT version).
They also offer a regular Space Marine Collection STEAM KEY, which might be the safer alternative to buying a Steam Gift, as it is still a lot cheaper than what some other retailers are asking for.

G 2 A.com is an unauthorized retailer and some of their keys are sold on their marketplace by other 3rd-party-users. I have never bought from this site and thus have no experience whatsoever with their offerings.
They do currently sell the base game for relatively cheap and the Collection bought from some marketplace users.
Due to the nature of how the store works and the way Steam Keys and Gifts are being sold at various prices by third-party-users I will not include this sale in my main post (even though I included another unauthorized retailer in there) as I personally feel that the risks of being scammed are even higher (however, I could be entirely mistaken).
Having said all that, decide for yourself and shop at your own risk.

Online retailer GREEN MAN GAMING is currently selling the game at a 75% reduced price as part of their Deal Of The Day program on their website. Apparently this offer will be running till 16:00 UTC of Nov. 19th only, which at time of this post will be less than 17 hours.

The sale will be going on for 13 days (or a day less then the duration of the official Humble SEGA Bundle).
IMHO this is not a very good deal since the game has been for sale for CONSIDERABLY CHEAPER on the Humble Store page (check my first SALE entry in this thread) and is selling the game for way more than what the entire Collection sold for during the last big Steam Summer Sale; that was the base game with ALL the stuff for less than $ 10,00 (or less than € 8,00 for us Europeans).
I'd personally recommend to wait for the game to get a bigger price cut during a Deal of The Day on the Humble Store or to show up during the upcoming Steam Sale (which I will also post here).

The collection is sold at a 50% reduction in price (just like the base-game and each of the DLC packs and items, btw), which IMHO is also not a very good deal considering that we've had much more substantial price-cuts on multiple occassions through-out this year.
Having said that, I don't think I'd regret buying the collection at this price if I didn't own it already (both for PC and consoles). But then again I've put hundreds of hours into this thing, I'm an insane person.

But there's worse things you could buy for that price, so......

As if the discount wasn't enough you can also apply their coupon-code WINTER-SALE20-GROGRE during checkout for an ADDITIONAL 20% discount (I tested this with the Space Marine Collection and it definitely works!).
If you've been waiting to buy the game and/or the DLC, as well as other WH40K titles from the DAWN OF WAR series then today is the best time to do so since this is the best deal for the game in a long time.
However, I don't know when exactly the sale started and there is no timer on their website, so my guess is that this offer will be gone in around 20 hours as of this posting.
