Bugged armor unlock?

I joined a game trying to get the Battke Damaged Armor and the Relic Armor. I killed 3 people after dying, still no Battle Damaged armor unlock, and I got a 7 killstreak wich Is more than enough to unlock the Relic Armor. Is something bugged? Has enyone else experienced bugs like this?

The description should be you need to take 3 people with you to see Khorne by dropping FOUR MASTER NADES at your feet while laughing maniacally with khorne kob frothing coming out of your mouth while your THREE enemies go "OH SHI-!!!"

The relic unlock is a wee bit different for example:

You got yourself a 41k Killstreak and never died once until that day you attempted for that sweet 41,001 killstreak because REASONS. To the RELIC GODS that only counts as ONE POINT to your journey to get ALL THE RELICS!!!

On the other hand this one fool keeps killing 3 people triggering a killstreak then nades himself, kills 3 more people, nades himself again, over and over, and over again for let's say 100 times because he's not cray cray enough do go all 41k on this ♥♥♥♥ actually gets the APPROVAL of the RELIC GODS and gives his ass 100 POINTS and gets all the ARMORS (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻!!!!
