Will any of you be joining the Etnernal Crusade?

I really hope to run into soem old names from my time in WAR.

Lol MMOs are never stable these days - take a look at Planetside 2 with its monthly patches because some fix broke something else XD

I will play at some point. I'm slightly peeved I can't be a Guardsman but the reasons for that are so glaring it's obvious (eg, balance, etc.).

Might play as an Ork to get an idea of how it pans out, and if I like it I'll save and cough up the extra cash and be DA SPESS MUHREENS

MMOs always go sideways after a while, if they don't suck right off the bat.

It will degrade into "Powered by Cashscam" at some point, depend on it.

F2P sounds good, bvut you only get to try out the Orcs and have severe limitations, from what I understand. Great start for a future F2P scheme, no?

Sorry, grabbed the icky end of the MMO stick once too often to get excited.
i agree, after "balancing" then "over balancing" it usally eats the game after time.

You should really look into things before complaining. The scope has not changed, the game will still be Planetside-scale. For the time being they are making maps with game modes so that founders can play, and eventually the open world you're expecting will be patched in. This game is still in Alpha

wow ok thanks for coming out with that, i was kind of worried since im interested in the title, i won't be throwing out a ton of cash.. because paying 100-200 dollars for a PC game in my opinion is just stupid.

if the microtransactions aren't bad, and if the progression isn't too limited it SHOULD be a fun game. otherwise.. it'll just be a cash grab by the developers.

£70 for the captain founders thou, thats been putting me off for a year now and the gameplay they have been show has not been that great.......untill the last month or so ♥♥♥♥ me they did some work, unreal 4 in alpha looks pretty as ♥♥♥♥. Im getting excited, the only thing i dont like its a 3rd person shooter, does not require the same skill as a fps does. But space marine was good and this look like space marine just BIGGER.

The catch there is that you can only play as the orcs. Then again, I consider this a good thing because the orcs main advantage is strength in numbers :3
