how to make this game BETTER ?

like in the title, game is very old and graphics horribly dated, what shaders or mods you installed to even look at it ??

its ok for RTS where this character would be size of 1cm but not on half of my screen plus he is from worst chapter in game and looks like member of SS and he's name is Titus

Yes because its old and potato pc or Iphone 7 are enough to play this game, problem is that this game LOOKS BAD, for example Dead space 1 and 2 are old to ( and dated graphics ) but with reshades and graphic tweeks this game looks better than AAA games from 2021 ( and runs better ) . I was asking in this post you 40k fanboys about some graphic mods or ideas because only this community play this game so long, and i got answer that "You are kid because you dont like nice graphic in games ...." than why to buy graphic card? play on PS1

IMHO your expectations were too high for a 2011 game. I personally think WH40K Space Marine looks fine and actually pretty good graphics-wise.

Point is that it's not something that reshade and graphic tweaks would fix.
This game's graphics and post-processing are OK, the only issue is low resolution of textures and unless the Relic Entertainment have some archive with development assets containing hi-res textures from before they were down-scaled and optimized for xbox360, as well as SEGA being willing to spend money to pay Relic's programmers to update the code and game files to make this anniversary edition proper remaster, there is not much that can be done.

Also AFAIK this game is running on "THQ's" proprietary engine and game files can't be so easily modified and even if someone made it possible, up-scaling textures using some algorithm won't be much of an improvement unless someone make some hand made corrections in graphic software, which is lot of work that wouldn't get paid.
