yes it is just reported 2 that were running trainers with unlimited ammo, grenades etc. and were invincible, It totally killed the game. Problem is that steam and sega wont do anything about it

No 1 can ban them.
GameDev is dead for a long time.

There is 3 ways for you:
1) Use cheats and macro. You will be a human trash like them.
2) Create your own private lobby with 15 friends (if you will find them in dead game). 2 years ago there were several strong clans. Clanwars, events etc. But thay are migrated to Eternal crusade. There are no strong players in game right now.
3) Migrate to Eternal crusade. But right now game is unplayeble. Low FPS even at powerfull PC.

Find a clan. Teamplay in EC is much more interesting than solo deaths.
GameDev sad, that release will be at "summer 2016". At consoles too. So they MUST optimize game for weack hardware.
Search EK forum for english speacking clan. Community is a half of any M M O game. May be 2/3.
