Are the armor sets and weapons skins available for single player? Is it worth buying the complete edition?

There are armor mods around if you are looking to change titus' looks in single player. Take my screenshot for example, I gave Titus a helmet. There are many different ones out there, some that work some that dont. Try doing a search through google thats how I found them.
