why cant i use weapon 3 and 4?
so im now in the part with the inquisitor, and suddenly i cant use weapon slot 3 + 4. the weapons i have equipted are shown but slightly dimmed. also it lets me switch weapons in that slots but i cant use them. this a bug or what?

Both the Thunder Hammer AND the Jump Pack restrict you to your Boltgun and your Pistol.

yea, with the jump pack i read the tutorial. not so with the hammer ;)
