Screen Tearing
Anyone know how to fix screen tearing i have v-sync turned off but even with it on my screen tears when i my camera around

Try forcing on V-sync through your video card control panel? Turn off V-sync in game then force it through video card control panel.

You should check to make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.

just fixed the issue i just verified my files and there two items that didnt validate and now its all good
