I'm a big Warhammer player and I'm planning a few hobby related projects, for my local hobby store and my own purposes, one is to create a sound board (sort of) another is to create atmospheric tracks, using said voice files. It's all not for profit stuff.

There's a wWise unpacker on GitHub (https://github.com/Vextil/Wwise-Unpacker). I think all the audio files (*.pck) are in the "SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine\streamingaudio" folder.

I couldn't begin to say which file in that folder has the particular audio file you're looking for, but the file "speech_01.pck" seems promising.

Note that the .pck files are like zip files. There's bound to be a lot of audio files in it.
