why doesnt warhammer 40k space marine have offline bots?
Its like a faster gears of war,so i would happy buy all its dlc if the multiplayer wasn't actually dead.Any reason why the fans didnt want bots for it with a difficulty slider or how difficult could it have really been for developers to implement them if games like quake, gears 2,timesplitters have better programmed bots then most modern titles.

pretty sure relic didnt have the rsources at the time and it wouldnt be as easy like other multiplayers because of the different classes and diverse weapons

sega is new boss to THQ and space marine project is estatic for the new games for example total warhammer :(
Space Marine was released earlier than expected due to lack of budget. They didn't have time to implement A LOT of elements (even ork skins to give you an idea).

Think about pathfinding too. Tacticals and Devastators are fine but assautls AIs would be a complete mess. The only game mod where bots could help is Exterminatus, not in PvP mods.

Also if bots were a thing that'll become boring pretty soon since a "normal" bot is able to play the vanilla game but has no chance against a player using advanced technics.
