fix your damn game

game can freeze or soft lock whatever you call it at any RANDOM moment, I tried to find a solution to solve this problem, but there's in fact NO answers about how to solve the issue. all I can find are posts (similar to this) were people are complaning about the same problem

i tried:

change graphics settings
run a game with fps lock (60)
run a game windowed
set high app priority
run a game as administrator
run a game in compatibility mode (windows xp, vista and 7)

NOTHING CHANGED

I even checked the undervolting settings of my pc just in case - there's no problem there

help, PLEASE???

Are you using the publicbeta branch? If not, go to the game's properties tab, go to betas, select it in the drop down and download it. It might fix this issue for you. It has for others. If it doesn't, I'll do my best to try and help.
