Report a translation problem
For me, this "PhysX was not installed correctly." crash on startup in Win10 was resolved by repairing NVIDIA PhysX via the Control Panel. No legacy PhysX installation from a site was necessary.
Greetings to both of you. Nice to know that repairing or using a specific old driver worked, but if you happen to want the latest PhysX System Software version(Optimized for Turing GPUs, apparently), it can be found here: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/physx/physx-9-19-0218-driver/
Aside from that, hmm...I might be able to share a few other things that can stabilize a Windows 10 install, and awareness of a certain Steam file that, if corrupted, can cause phantom problems in certain titles that need it.
