Game is not launching.

so basically i have seen this prob for alot of people in many games where u click "Play" then it just pops up a window then closes it, says " running" then "syncing" and its over, nothing happens afterwards, tried updating/reinstalling DirectX, updating .Net framework, verified games files, changed language of the game (for some reason it worked for some ppl, not for me ofc), deleting the .exe file of the game then re verifing game files, none of that worked.

these solutions might be helpful for some ppl, but if u got smth that i have not mentioned, please do tell, thanks.
should mention that i ran this game before so it has noting to do with my PC's specs.

Does the game give any warnings or errors?

if starting from steam by clicking "Play" then no, it does not show, but if running the game .exe from steam folders, it showed an error for a missing dll file, so i downloaded it, now it shows another error (0xc000007b).

Find the file Honefront.exe, you can find it by right-clicking in the library and selecting " local game files" in the properties, go there to the HOMEFRONT -> Binaries folder. Now then right click for Properties, from there go to ,Compatibility, and choose the OS you are in ( Windows 7,8,10, or older, if it does not start with new ones ) and then apply and try the launch game

Perhaps it helps: in the library right-click on the game, click properties, then select local files, there click "check the integrity of the game files"

Or try Homefront by Right-click in the library -> Properties -> Language and change the language.
