Best,
CM CryoBunny.
Also, I noticed that all my friends have high-end gpu. I'm using an integrated (Intel HD 3000) and is running fine on my Windows 7. Try to run the game with your integrated gpu :) let me know if this fix your problem.
It depends on the your gpu's manufactor.. Is Nvidia, amd.. Etc..?
In your Nvidia control panel you can choose which program should use the Integrated or Dedicated GPU.
This is a quote found on another Thread (In Morrowind's forum) It should help you to run the game with your integrated.
It'd be the same steps but You have to find Metin2 and make sure you choose to start the game with your integrated with High performance :)
Discussion where I took the quote How do I force the game to use my dedicated graphics card?
They tell me that they can't help me with this issue
