Black squares on Left 4 Dead 1 infected

Whenever I play Left 4 Dead 2 with the Human Skin mod http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=121905453 there are a black squares all over the Left 4 Dead 1 infected models like in the screenshot http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=294512831 .

Does somebody know how I can remove that?

If you look through the comments on the workshop page, it looks like several people have had your problem. One person mentioned changing the graphics settings to higher, but it may just be the mod.

I guess it's the mod itself then, because my graphic options are on maximum. But anyway, thanks for your comment

I've heard of this problem before. It seems to be an endemic problem with the original Infected models, something about Valve not porting them properly. So yes, it's not just you, it's most likely a formatting problem with the original CI.
