Removing steam group servers of the menu

Recently a steam group I was in changed their server names to some questionable names and I left the group hoping the names would not pop up on my menu screen for l4d2. I played l4d2 today to find out for some reason the group servers were still there even if I left the group. How do I rid of them?

Yes I want to know this too. I really would like to get rid of all those Hentai rape servers from my groups servers list.

It is possible your following some games which makes it so you auto are in a group that you cant leave just unfollow the games. (they also may just be glitch/hacked servers) The "Hentai rape" servers are notorious and known for spamming themselfs accross servers and leeching off groups and games to spam even more.
