blender skin for left 4 dead 2

Hello, I made a skin model for left 4 dea 2 in blender but now that I have to pass it I find it very tedious and even annoying only because of the shape of the survivors since it does not fit with the model in the t pose that I made now it seems that everything My effort is gone, what can I do?
