Original Campaign Remixed Custom

I notice that we have some custom campaigns that changes the original campaigns in a way that we feel we are playing the original, but a little bit different. I know those three custom campaigns that remixes and overhaul the original campaigns:

No Mercy Rehab:

My question is, besides those three campaigns, do we have any other custom campaign that does an overhaul like that? That feels it's the original campaign but different?

There's "Dead Center":

There's also "Dead Center Reconstructured" but I'm not sure if the author still continues it to the finale or not, as last time I tried it, only the mall map was done, but the atrium wasn't done yet.

Other than modified official campaigns, I think there are also versions with reverse routes, for example "Reverse Blood Harvest". Probably other people can fill other custom campaigns about modified official campaigns.
