best interp settings?

ive been fiddling with my interp settings for a while but i really want to know what the best interp settings are (both cl_interp and cl_interp_ratio). there are way too many times where a hunter or jockey goes straight through my shove and im tired of it bro lol. anyone want to weigh in with consistent/responsive settings that work?

If you don't care about the smooth visual experience you can set it to 0 to know exactly where enemies are located.

I recommend 16.7 lerp for 30ticks, and 0 lerp for 60+ ticks server

so lerp makes only sense on certain servers?
how big of an advantage is it, if not used for 200+ ping correction?
not gonna lie, most non-lerpers say lerping is cheat... and it might be yes and no?
