Don't forget there are other good campaigns to find like Pain train or Questionable Ethics, and other good survival maps too, oh and if you want the best Zoey skin it's Zoey Littner, tch, pfft, noobs lemao, and there are other good weapon mods like if you want one for the auto shotgun.
ALSO be careful when subscribing to addons, it's best not to subscribe to too many all at once, in case one of them prevents you from hosting local server, then you will need to turn them all off to host again and turn them back on one by one according to your own priority, to roll back to before it was preventing you from hosting locally. So it's better to subscribe to them one by one so if something changes you know which one it is and you can unsubscribe from the problematic one more easily.
This is not at all necessarily dependent on 'conflicting' addons, they can conflict sometimes and it doesn't matter, and it may not be the one conflicting that is preventing you from hosting locally so that is important to take note of. However None of the addons I have shared here should give you any problems of that sort.

I can tell you my friend that many, MANY weapon addons from workshop were tested before finally settling on these as the best weapon addons, if you are not nub, that is.
If you are looking for other good campaigns/survival maps/ skins for snipers or auto shotgun or other weapons, lmk & I will respond by guiding you once more, to more epic addons.

Sorry to bother you even more, it's already really nice to have made this great list, but do you have any other mods to recommend for melee weapons, survivors, and bombs/healing items and for other weapons and the special infected?
for melee weapons I do like the orc uruk-hai sword better than the machete to be honest and its also good for helms deep. if you are really in LOTR mood u can even replace commons with uruk-hai and replace the survivors with lotr survivors and there is a nice sword holy purifier that replaces katana looks like Narsil with engraving on the sword.
for throwables, pipebomb reborn and the 60 molotovs.. for healing items there is a high quality pain reliever and an original first aid kit.
for survivors if you like there is one that replaces Nick with Bill, and there is one that replaces Ellis out for Zoey military outfit, and one to change ellis voice lines to zoey lol. I used to use these for a while
u can also change spitter and witch but idk im testing addons right now to see which one is giving me trouble, I think maybe if you have special infected addons it can stop ppl from joining when u local host so u can use them when you are joining not hosting, except I think bully maguire one works fine hosting maybe lol cos im pretty sure it doesnt change the hitbox at all.
i also found a nice katana for when you dont want to use the holy artifact purifier sword, you can choose between wind, fire, earth, sky or water katana, pretty nice, I used to use other katana mods but these are nice I think.
I used to use the browning hi power m1935 but reverted back to just the regular browning hi power, they are both nice pistol sets though depending on your mood.

there is one for original survivors as well that is popular lately, with francis having hair and they are dressed with a bit more detailed tactical survival gear, not a ton but a realistic amount
for special infected if you are into the aliens and xenomorph ones lol there are xenomorph spitter, boomer, hunter (nice one), and smoker (also nice, lol really long aliens 2nd mouth LOL)
but as I said if you are local hosting u may need to disable addons for special infected so others can join, unless if it doesn't change their hitbox at all it may be fine.. but u may have to sacrifice and disable to host local for others but weapons ones should be fine : )
there is one for witch that replace her with some model from DmC reboot lol looks not bad maybe good and creepy looking
i wanted to replace one for ugly spitter lol alien one works okay i think but again not sure about hosting but i was trying a different one and im not sure if it was causing ppl to not be able to join or not it could be a different addon thats causing it im trying to run it down which one it is

There are really a lot of campaigns on workshop, and out of the tons of them there are, there are little gems and gold nuggets you can find.. just be careful again about sub to too many addons all at once, better to try them one at a time... so when something stop working u know its one of the last ones you sub to and you can figure out which one it is.. trust me : addons conflicting, no big deal, cos u can turn them on and off.. but when one is causing u to not be able to load into local server or cause people to get disconnected when joining your local server, and u can't figure out which one it is for several days, it is frustrating..lol..
also if u r using xenomorph spitter, or not, this one replace sound only lol

also another thing to keep in mind if local hosting is to type sv_consistency 0
into the console and also
sv_allow_lobby_connect 0
make sure you type those if local hosting into the console okay? there is even an addon to do the consistency one for you called no consistency check
and if you are having trouble with others joining just disable any addons for special infected or weird scripty ones, actually the weapon script ones i gave you will work fine on local hosting though : ) and make your teammates more efficient without them even realizing it lol
another thing to remember is, sometimes when it says in console that a player trying to connect gets dropped by server and is disconnected, sometimes that is due to distance they are from you and not addons. it is only when you are ONLY getting every1 disconnecting and never anyone ever joining every single time that you need to look at addons.

oh yeah and one more that is a mutation, if you play campaign alot more than survival, you may find this useful, i have not tried it yet but always wanted an addon to remove jockeys, there are many on workshop but none work, but this one is a mutation so u change campaign mode to mutation and then i guess probably works and removes pesky annoying 1 frame lunge broken jockey from the game : )

Great, I installed the mods to automate the "sv consistency 0" command but I will try to test each mod 1 by 1 to avoid bugs!

oh and remember if you are trying to join a server and it kicks you & says something about enforcing consistency for a given file just turn off your 3 weapon scripts so u can join it will say relatively what it is, (or sometimes it may say for boomer or spitter or smoker.) then turn them back on when u local host : )
good thing is the weapon skins u dont have to give up either way, put simply pretty much when you join u can use special infected ones, when you host u can use the epic scripts : )

thats the point of the worshop , allow you to customize even further your own game
