Am I the only person that is fed up with random vote-kicking?

I don't do anything wrong but everyone who plays Left 4 Dead deems me worthy of being kicked cause I may have messed up here and there, seriously it's so stupid. I understand booting trolls and people that ♥♥♥♥ people over but this is really irritating because all I want to do is go online and play for fun and to work as a team but every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I've played with so far boots for no apparent reason without batting an eye. I also understand it is a necessary thing to boot people "IF" they do something like troll and or ♥♥♥♥ people over.

If you have been kicked please tell me and anyone else your experience on this and if this is going to effect your gaming experience at all?

For me it's a maybe I'm really getting sick of people who play this game.

Save yourself the drama. I got kicked alot, made friends, now I have plenty of friends to play with for all gamemodes.

bunch of poussys gonna come on here and tell you to not post this thread because there are so many threads like it, but that just proves there is evidence of an underlying problem. that underlying problem needs to be fixed, telling people to stop making new threads about the problem just sweeps it under the rug.

anyway OP, i got this game 2 years ago from a friend and we played 2 hours and i never played again, recently started playing again and i love it but the community ruins it completely.

if you want to play ever with an adult who doesn't mind if sometimes we win and sometimes we LOSE (oh heavens no) feel free to add me

It's definitely an adult move to bypass the swear filter to insult other users. I'm sure all the 12 year olds look up to you. There's a difference between bringing an issue to the attention of the developers or community, and creating yet another thread about the same thing several other threads are discussing. Maybe you'd enjoy coming to the forums and seeing the entire first page be identical threads, but sane people don't, so take your schoolyard insults elsewhere.

Judging a game from two hours of gameplay is pretty ridiculous. It's getting tedious explaining these things over and over again. I'm going to assume that your negative experience was in versus with randoms. Jumping into Versus when you have no idea what the hell you're doing is going to end badly for you as well as your unsuspecting teammates. Teamwork is absolutely essential in this game. This game's community is far, far, far from the worst. Tell me how you'd solve this "underlying problem"? The suggestions I've seen are either removing the kick system completely, adding a "reason" notification to go along with the kick (as if that'd stop all these complaints), and adding an automated kicking system; none of which would work. I really don't see why allowing players to regulate themselves is a problem.
