Always kicked on any server .
♥♥♥♥ this shit game. Always kicked because I am a new player to it. GGWP. Thanks kicking all new players. This is why these games will die any time soon, because this is how you treat newcomers.

If you join high difficulty games people will only tolerate so many mistakes. There's nothing wrong with being new and learning, but a single person can halt progress for a team entirely, mostly in cases where the team is trying to look out for eachother.

If you're talking about joining versus games, that's not necessarily because you're new. You can actually be the best player on your team (or in the server) and still get kicked because people are just plain weird.

Play a few games with friends, at least one or two of them being a little more experienced and get to know the game a bit. Within no time you'll be a decent player. All you need besides knowledge of mechanics and such details is the right attitude and some common sense.

Basically, ignore the kicks. At the very least, they did you a favour by helping you avoid spending time in a game with morons or just people that simply wouldn't have you in their game. Start up your own game instead!

Because that is what singleplayer is for. To practice... or if you lose internet for a bit.

0,5 hour... You don't even know a basic of this game.

Single player of L4D2 is a TERRIBLE way to learn this game.

This, playing a shooter with bots won't get you far

Wrong.
Bots are some of the best you can use. Plus you play singleplayer to learn how to deadstop, crown witchs, and stop most infected.
Not jump into a game instantly and piss off players because you didn't know cars can have alarms.

What do you mean by "harder survival shooter"? That doesn't matter, every game it's different. You won't learn basic of L4D2 by playing "another" games. First at least complete all campaigns to know the map, because it's very important on versus.

This is why there's several different levels of difficulty. A new player jumping into an expert game is a bad idea. However, join a group playing a campaign on EASY, and it's a whole other story. You take less damage, witches and tanks are less lethal and there's generally more room for error.

Bots are fairly predictable but on occasion useless and even annoying. Throwing you pills the exact moment you need to shoot an enemy, healing you too early or at a time where you want to be moving/climbing, standing in your line of fire when you've got a shot lined up for a special infected, etc.

But all that doesn't even matter. In my opinion, and I'm sure many think the same, playing with bots is FECKING BORING. Regardless of how good or bad they are, what difficulty I'm playing or what campaign I've chosen, I just can't enjoy a game with just bots. I only play those games (shortly) for testing purposes or when everyone has left and I don't want to give up on a run, in which case I'll wait for new players.

Naturally I can't tell you how Valve intended people to play this game, but I think it's silly to play Easy or even Normal campaigns and expect people to know everything and not make mistakes. If you play at that level, play Expert instead. Let people learn the game on low difficulties. And let people learn about other people too. The gameplay changes quite a bit when you exchange bots for players.

Lastly, consider the possibility that someone may be new to L4D2 on PC, but may have played it before on another account, or on the xbox. Or have played the first game already.
And to players completely new to L4D2 or even the (short) series altogether, your experience in FPS games matters. A bit. Games like L4D have lots of little gameplay mechanics and important details which can and WILL make the difference between success or defeat. Don't be arrogant. There will be things that you need to know that you simply don't yet know, and you need to learn those things in order to be a competent L4D player and a good teammate at higher difficulties.

We were all Newbies at one time or another... or have we all gotten so darn good we forgot that we weren't born into L4D2.
Everyone needs to learn, and the best experiences are with other players so you can laugh, fail, win and make a few new mates.
If you are playing with people who get pissed off because you're new... then they're not worth playing with.
Nothing different than any other relationship in life really.

Serious some players realy need to chill down a bit on games.Example i got 2 times votekicked without any reason!Second time i was in a game as infected i did slap a witch near me to wake her up to attack survivors,so we can 4 of us infected attack the survivors at same time, got instantly votekicked out of the game. And you telling me that you need skill for a game?Where people votekick you for no reason not even letting you play.Anyway i will be giving the game few more shots if not i will be unistaling it since i wont be wasting time on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥s that votekick players out for no reason.

L4D2 community is not the best that true, but honestly i must say that when I started playing this game (January 2012) i don't really remember that i was kicked without reason, seriously! Of course i was kicking a few times, but that because i just REALLY failed something important or just they needed slot for friend. About your problem, maybe it's because that L4D2 was free for 1-2 weeks at christmas event. After that you could see over 100k+ people playing L4D2 in one time! (Normally it was 7000-12000).
