Defying Fate hidden achievement

Have any of you gotten the hidden achievement "Defying Fate" when finishing one of the endings of The Sacrifice? I got it just recently but I don´t know how or where to see it.

No, it doesn't lol. I just checked SteamDB for every achievement and their internal names, and no mention of "Defying Fate". Troll post is troll.

wait did "Defying fate" achievement come from a modded server that be having those random achievements

Either that or a custom map with a custom achievement. Those tend to be entirely localized within the server/campaign you get them in, and are essentially just a text popup stylized like the actual achievement text popup.
L4D2 doesn't have any official, hidden achievements.
