B4B might be a bit more modern, graphically etc, but everyone knows L4D has its own charm.

Personally I don't think B4B will force Valve to make a L4D3. The game has potential but the L4D series (If you can even call it that since it only got 2 games) still has a large and loyal fanbase with a dedicated modding community, and from the gameplay reveal it doesn't look super duper interesting in my opinion. Despite that I think people should give it a chance to see if it's worth the hype or not since it hasn't come out yet.

I don't have a $hit pc nor modded my game either - it's just they have so many bugs still not fixed yet which this update was supposed to be doing. Plus, the update itself breaks a lot of other things too, which ran flawlessly before this update came in the first place.
