Yes,its kinda short,but still great.

It's short, yes, but it's choke full of high level content and it feels more polished in terms of movement and gunplay. I like it.

Btw: Did they buff the hunting rifle? Seems to do more dmg in this one, or maybe it's just me.

They did buff the hunting rifle indeed I noticed it too

and as for the canonicity of this.. so the sacrifice campaign is not canon anymore? bill lives?

It's short and sweet. Way shorter than I expected but I much rather have something like this than another cold stream.

EDIT: Considering that this is canon, means l4d1 survivors never meet l4d2 survivors and the events of the passing become non-canon.. or valve can consider this as another timeline

I would argue that this is like Cold Stream. Cold Stream never "happened" in terms of the Left 4 Dead 2 campaign. It's strictly an extra that exists outside of the story canon.

Short but fun. Seemed more challenging than usual too, even on Normal. I enjoyed it.

I'm not sad it's not a five-map one - the workshop already has a ton of great campaigns.

Cold stream fits somewhere between dark carnival and swamp fever it is canon indeed
