Addons on local server
Just wondering if there is a way to tell whether a mod will work on a local server or not?
If i host a local server my friend who joins gets an error message about the server enforcing consistency of a file (AKA he needs the same mod I have), but it's not exactly easy to go through 250+ addons and filter out the ones that cause the problem. So is there an easy way to tell which ones I should deactivate before going on a local server?

I'm guessing this can only be done via a dedicated server.
but I don't know.

Have the host type sv_consistency 0 into the developer console. That should let you connect without having to turn every damn thing off.
