Some tips:
Copper Coin -> Empty Flask
Flask with Water -> Big Key to Amethyst Passage
Book of Sutter -> a tip: "So the third part of the word is VOLD." and a small blue orb

Edit:
Some rooms with red background:
It's not easy to get the item in that room.
You'll need to enter that room from another way or need the Eye of the Beholder to show the hidden blocks.

Awesome map, one suggestion - need a Key/Legend so we know what all those little images mean that you stuck on the map. Some are self explanitory, but others are not. Like that blue thing at screen 22, 05
