Cult is a short run through a Mutant infested hole(basically a dungeon run) and it nets u a cosmetic armor upgrade which looks good, but has no other benefits & a revolver from Rage 1. However the revolver only uses the pistol ammo & is basically an inferior version of the Side Winder Pistol, which is already one of the weakest weapons in the game.
Terrormania is a relatively short 1 to 2 hour romp through a new area where u fight a bunch of different Skeleton enemies. The Skeletons are easily the toughest enemy faction in the game and are actually challenging even on hard difficulty. However the monotony of constantly fighting the same enemies gets old REAL FAST. I mean within 30 minutes u will be emotionally done with this dlc. Recommended that ur character has all upgrades before going in.
The Sword is decently powerful and has good synergy with the Rush ability, but thats it. Its selling point of never running out of ammo is a non-issue, ammo is everywhere & it is outclassed on the damage department by both the Shotgun and Feltrite laser. The rest outclass it in different way, whether it be distance or niche uses such as the Firestorm Revolver being goated against armored and shielded enemies.
Ultimately it's ur choice. Just giving u the details.
