I haven't found any solution looking on youtube. strange that no one has this problem. i thought it was an hardware problem to my vga (sapphire nitro+)

Nothing I do seems to solve this issue. Textures just never resolve and weirdly enough, it happens mostly with textures at a distance, though it did happened on the floor once. Hardware is not being pushed out of the ordinary. Only happens with this game. I'm also using the gamepass version. Ryzen 3600, 32gb of ram, rtx 2070, x570 motherboard and a ultrawide gsync monitor.

It's only in certain areas. I immediately freak out about artifacts because I fear that my GPU could be broken (though I never had this before in any other game) so reading this is kinda calming me down. Though I hate playing FPS in 60 fps (though I gotta say that this game kinda feels like it was made for 60. The movement doesn't feel very smooth using 144).
Guess I might skip this one then. Bummer, I really enjoyed the first Rage

I've had the issue on a wide array of GPUs ad configurations, different CPUs, motherboards, RAM, SSDs, even NVIDIA and AMD GPUs.
I had RTX 2060 SUPER, RTX 2070 and GTX 1660 SUPER
RX 5700 and RX 590 and RX 5500 XT
Turning off RTSS / On Screen Display / FreeSync doesn't help in any situation, since I initially thought it was an RTSS issue.
All cards had these issues with texture stretching and the flickering. The only way to resolve the flicker is to run at Vsync with Refresh at 60, which is disgusting on a 144 Hz monitor. This hasn't been resolved in at least 10 months since I last contacted their support.
I know this is Steam, but my game is on the Microsoft GamePass thing for PC, but I thought I'd add this here.
I give up on trying to get this game to work. I don't want to play it at 60 FPS because it feels horrible. Removed from my PC and won't be re-installing, which is a shame, because it felt like it could have been fun.
