I like to know this as well!!! it seems like the guys at IdSoftware and Avalance Studios seemed to have borrowed some ideas from the game "Killing Floor 2", such as the weapon skins and the "daily missions"

I know I'm digging up an old grave here, but couldn't find the answer. Still relevant.

No idea about the max, and I can't find any info about Prestige Levels reached by players... But I just managed to get to Prestige level 4 (playing on Nightmare).

Thanks! Now I know what’s ahead of me. I just hope it won’t get increasingly difficult. If it stays at the same difficulty, it should be doable. Last time was surprisingly easy...
