No,Deluxe bonus only include BFG,car flag,wasteland wizard cheat and Rise of the Ghosts Expansion.And at current time buy deluxe version you might not receive these even link your bethesda acc,you will need to check their support center.

Jep it's normal.Find the Bethesda support center and send a ticket with your purchase proof then wait for the support guy to manually put things into your acc.

Every time you get into the game you have to add the flag again to the vehicle, and the new mission doesn't work for the deluxe edition.

Do You know what version is the pre-order key from ebaya is: bethesda or steam, and which region (global, or)?

I don't believe so.. I bought pre-ordered Rage 2 via Bethesda's Launcher and tried looking to see if I could load a key or something into Steam, since I'd like to see the Steam Achievements, silly stuff, etc.. But no luck so far.

The flag on The Phoenix has always been like that, still is for my original gameplay... Although I noticed when I started a new Ironman Mode the Flag was on the Phoenix when I initially received it and hit the Wasteland.

I've always been confused regarding old CD keys for games I've purchased from stores and such.. Does Steam redeem many of them? I tried my Doom 3 CD Key for kicks and giggles the other night, although it looked exactly like an example it wouldn't work.. Guessing maybe because Steam has the Doom 3 BFG Edition, which was only $6 and I grabbed. I have a few older games laying around I should try to load into my Steam Library at some point... Maybe I'll try the Quake 4 one... even though that games currently only $4.80 usd on sale atm.
