what exactly is the difference in ng+ and prestige levels?

someone give me some numbers or something everything is hidden behind ambiguous phrases and null responses like what carries over. what exactly is the difference? higher enemy levels? health? damage? AI behaviour? more special enemies?

Do i need to play the game 10 times just to find out if a bandit takes an extra bullet or two?

After 4 levels it started to take a few more headshots to kill bandits, so yeah I'd say their health goes up slowly

seems kinda moot now lol i cant seem to be inspired in a ng+, with all upgrades, weapons, abilities, resources and blueprints theres literally nothing to strive for :L even the economy is the same, which was too cheap to begin with. Will keep eyes posted in-case someone finds a way to mod the game, but i doubt it :L
