You're obviously not aware that this game has a major bug. He didn't miss anything. The only answer I've seen is to find an old save which means there's no real fix (typical Bethesda).
What you say is fair comment and may be exactly what has occurred here. Then for someone to tell you that you are wrong and the the problem lay with Bethesda is a joke. I agree the game does have bugs but I can assure you that many failures to complete are self inflicted by the player/s in this game.
It is also a game that requires people to think and be somewhat methodical in what they do and how they do it. I am also tired of explaining this to people since day 1 and as to how it can be achieved. which I don't do any more as it's up to whoever I feel to work this stuff out for themselves and just like I did.
This game offers so much and an incredible amount of hidden items that no-one seems to take the time to find, but that is their loss and not mine. Alex Lupo, if you would like to discuss any of this in further detail let me know and I would be happy to do so.
Go back to Rage 2 general discussions and type Project Dagger into the searchbox then. Have fun reading all the complaints. Just because you didn't encounter a bug doesn't mean it doesn't exist. In this case Bethesda's criticism is well deserved.
You obviously didn't read accurately what I stated and/or over what period of time I have observed all that has happened and secondly, I wasn't replying directly to you which means your opinion does not matter to me.
I don't care if you were replying to me, you were replying that my comment was a joke.
Here's a thought - get off your high horse, white knight. I don't care about your post history for this game and your unwillingness to share your "solutions" because you're tired of doing it. Let's face it, the only thing you might know is a way to avoid the bug in the first place which isn't going to help OP now since he doesn't have any other saves.
You defending Bethesda is a joke considering they allowed this bug to remain.
Ha ha ha, whatever. Love to talk but I have a meeting with a few guys that all like to sit at a round table....
I'm trying to work out the exact procedure you (and others) are taking here. Do you complete the map missions, then get Cross's DNA and return to Kavasir to obtain the injection? Once you do that the final mission does appear on the map when you leave his location.
Is it then that you do a save and the problem occurs? The reason I ask this is that I never do (or have) done a save at any time around then. For me even if I have obtained the DNA sample (before taking it back to Kavasir), I will return to one of the friendly bases and do a save there and usually complete the final mission next time I play.
I 'NEVER' do a save once I have the injection as I always go immediately to Cross's place to take him out even if it has been left until the next day.
Just trying to get a step by step procedure as I personally only ever work to one way and never had any problems.
Is this your first time through?
No, it doesn't offer SO MUCH. It offers repetitive gameplay, and characters so dull that you don't have any investment in them. The reason people don't look for the hidden items is because it's BOOOOORING. This game is dull - for $80 Deluxe edition, there is no THERE there.
The combat is fun initially, it's a shame there isn't a game around it.
What are you saying, that because my opinion is different to yours that I am wrong?.....Get a life.
Is that how go through your world that everyone must do as you do and agree with what you say? Then it must be done in your way and that you think it is the only way as well as if someone does not agree with all you say and do that they are wrong?.....Wake up to yourself and if you have different ideas (or opinions) to what I or anyone else may have, well good for you as I couldn't give a stuff, but don't ever tell me I am wrong in what I feel or think!
BTW, nice little private profile....It fits!
When you have your instructions from Kavasir to go there that location will show a Gold Diamond, same as all mission objectives. I also find that it is best accessed from Wellsprings as it is pretty well the closest and easiest route to go. You also should stock up on all ammo etc. before you attempt the mission........You will need everything you can have to complete the thing I can assure you.
