Because we can carry 250 Auto Parts when looting Ark Chests, or purchasing them from vendors in the various Trading Towns, we could've used those on upgrading all of the other vehicles (besides the Xerxes Tank), once the Phoenix is fully maxed-out.
in fact, that reminds me.....
I forgot who mentioned it on here, but a fellow poster talked about maybe upgrading the ordinary junk vehicles like the Kola Kong and BG Storm Chaser with machine gun attachments (kinda like what we did with the Dune Buster/Rat Rod Buggy from the original "RAGE"), or even adding missile launchers on the Icarus, so that we could launch rockets on enemies from above.
While the new Mech Suit isn't bad, it's super-slow walking speed is what holds it back (though it could potentially be somewhat useful for some of the random roadside fights you'll come across)
true. although i'll admit, that using the Authority Predator to clear out bandit dens with a few shots from the Energy Cannon does get a few laughs (even inadvertently blew up a poor unsuspecting Spy Drone in the process)
