Great job mate, thx for all the info :). With the "well of Wishes" skin for the rocket launcher tho, I actually got that when I ran down/over a baddie while driving and I had/have no idea why I got it, and that was well before I got that achievement...

Possibly, but the shotgun related one (the one with the secondary fire in midair) I haven't got it and I have the skin.

I found an easy way to get that achievement, as I was having a bit of trouble at first. All you do is get an eneny inside a building or anywhere with a roof or ceiling and hit them with vortex. They get pinned up against the roof and you can shoot them easy... :)

Updated with the Vomit Comet and information on an extra skin, The Living Nightmare, for the Ranger Assault Rifle.

The Living Nightmare, AFAIK, can be missed, because you need to beat the final mission in Nightmare difficulty. I loaded an old save right after the vehicle part, and got it after the ending.

But the skin was tied to that particular savegame and not available in others, like the achievements ones are, so if you have already finished it in another difficulty it seems you can't get it.

I might have a question. The Living Nightmare skin: I started the game on Normal, can I get this skin if I change the difficulty to Nightmare before I start the last mission? I completed almost everything, except the last 2 missions.

Yes, you can play the entire game on any difficulty and switch in the final mission.

Today I've played the game for 3 hours and I upgraded the shotgun to level 5. After that I was checking my skins and stuff and I saw that I had The Mantra skin unlocked. Yesterday when I checked I didn't have it so this might be the way to unlock this skin.

I have fully upgraded shotgun, did the related achievement(s) and do not have the skin yet. I use the shotgun all the time so not sure what's up with that. Maybe need to do the secondary shot a lot more than I do heh.

"The Mantra" dropped for me when I was doing drive-by's on off-the-road Shrouded camps in Dune Sea while driving the Phoenix.

While the timing and requirements of the drop seemed random, it may have been delayed in unlocking - I received the Well of Wishes skin for the rocket launcher 10 minutes after unlocking the achievement.

I didn't get the notification for Well of Wishes. I got the achievement during the final Cross fight so that may be why. Who knows maybe it'll notify me later?

For the Mantra skin, it seems like everyone gets it while doing something in Dune Sea. I saw lots of comments about it anyway. So maybe we have to do something there.
