WARNING!! Eden Space Center. Datapad!! Cant get it After the Mission

If you are at the Eden Space Center Mission. When you Enter the Main Control Room. Be Sure to grab that Datapad. If you didnt do so, after you left the Area. It will Completely Close down and you cant get back there, neither to the Broken glass you left or the main Entrance. Its such a Bad Mission Design.

So grab that datapad, or you will never be able to.

Sadly I am in the same boat. I also posted a question about getting back in, but it appears that there is no option.

Hopefully this will be patched and the control panel in lobby will reactivate so you can open the door again.

I think it's a bug. It seems the door is supposed to remain open after you've finished the mission. I have one playthrough with the door open and one with the door closed. Try loading an earlier save and do it again, else there is no way to get back into that room in that specific playthrough I'm afraid.

Are you thinking of the Eden facility or the special room that requires the control pad in the lobby to open. Once you open it and zip line to the satellite that you called down, I cannot back in.

If you know a way please tell us.

HA! That would explain a lot. A random bug that may happen, or not. :(

The doors across the window that leads to the zip line are closed, but the rest of the facility is open to me after. I went back to grab the data pads and chests after I finished the mission.

I'll give that hovercraft a try. I have been waiting for a fix for the hovercraft and motorcycle controls, but I will have to try it.

Window closed - yes. BUT. I can run again to top in search for crares and datapads.

Yeah vehicle controls are overall pretty bad specially the hovercraft is non responsive.

Ok the Window is closed, do you mean the room with all the high tech servers and the hand scanner in it ? If so then the door is closed but opens up when getting close to it, at least it should and does it for me.

FYI for any future searches for this issue. I did try to fly up and get in that way but the doors are closed. You can get to the platform with the zip line but you cannot get back in through either of the 2 doors.

Maybe this is bugged for some and not others and maybe it will be patched, but for now if you miss the data pad and have the door close bug, you will miss that pad.
