Report a translation problem
I don't think it's a syncing issue because all of the save files have different date/time stamps (the last one is stamped with the time when I last stopped playing), but all have the exact same playtime now and load into the same point in the game. I would think that if the files were overridden by syncing they'd likely have the original date/time stamps, or at least new ones for the current time?
yes this is a brilliant idea. Why dont you write to the devs of the game and ask them if they could recover your save for you??
