About the Feltrite laser launcher..

Hi everybody,
I like this weapon, but I have few questions about it:

1.I didn't fully understand the first upgrade tier: improved generator (power drains at a slower rate) vs. feltrite efficiency (each feltrite gives more power). To my understanding the first one makes the feltrite drains slower but with less "power" (does power means damage?) and the second one spends more feltrite but you have more power (damage)?
Please correct me if I'm wrong here.

2.Could it be that it is worse against the authority dudes? It took me much more time to kill them vs. other types of enemies (it actually destroys the shrouded).

3.Does the aim down sights mode (with RMB) has any benefits vs. normal hip shooting?

you'll wanna choose the "Improved Generator" upgrade, as this makes the weapon drain a little slower. either upgrade doesn't nerf the damage output, but having it drain a little slower helps out alot.

as for the Feltrite Laser Launcher against the Authority goes, this weapon (literally) melts them pretty quickly

I don't get the point to the first upgrade, it's basically the same..either you spend less feltrite when shooting or get more fuel from feltrite when collecting it. I went for improved generator.
I need to do more tests against Authority, see how it performs.

no problem!!!

I forgot the name of the upgrade, but there's one that makes the Feltrite Laser Launcher melt armor.

so with that said, investing in upgrades that slows down the weapon drain, melts armor, and uses no ammo while in Overdrive (the final upgrade) pretty much tears enemies up.
