Can't start Terrormania

Hey guys, I finished the main story and have been playing Rise of the Ghosts DLC so I have gotten the call in the town for Ghosts DLC. I've went in and out of a few towns, reloaded my game, the save etc. Is there something wrong with this? Can't seem to get access to playing Terrormania at all

After you finished the "Ranger" and left a trade town did you receive a radio call from Mangoo? He calls around the same time as the woman for The Captive" (Rise of the Ghosts)

I know it's over the year from your post but maybe someone we'll see this in the future. Did you buy deluxe edition? I did and I was unpleasantly surprised that deluxe edition contains only one of two DLCs (Rise of the Ghosts). You have to buy TerrorMania through in-game store for the coins you get with real money. When I found it out, it was a kick in the balls for me, and it made me really upset.
