RAGE 2 Pre-order and Deluxe Edition: Finding Your Items

Hey all,

We've seen some questions about how to find your pre-order and deluxe edition items in RAGE 2, so we wanted to help clarify.

The RAGE 2 deluxe edition and/or pre-order content can be found in the following places:

• Cult of the Death God will unlock shortly after completing Blackout and leaving the area.
  The Settler Pistol and Nicholas Raine’s armor are obtained during the Cult of the Death God mission.
  
• The BFG-9000 is obtained once leaving Vineland after The Ranger, and driving towards the fork in the road to the right. A meteor containing the BFG-9000 will crash and the player can pick it up.
  
• The Monster Truck skin and Battle Standard will be available in the Garage menu once it is unlocked at the end of The Ranger.
  
• The cheats and progress booster will be available in the cheats menu (under settings).
  
• Rise of the Ghosts expansion – as this is an entitlement to the first DLC, this will not be immediately available in game.
  
• Note that if on Steam, you will need to link your Bethesda.net account to your first party account on Steam in order to obtain deluxe or pre-order content.)

For pre-order items, you will need to redeem the code that came with your purchase (either on receipt or sent through email). If purchased from GAME, refer to your order email and click the "My Downloads" button at the top to confirm your pre-order bonuses.

My game does not see deluxe edition at all.Also game support ignores my questions. I will demand to return my money back soon.

You would have better solved the problem with running the game on some system configurations. For it is no longer funny that you sit like a fool for the third day and wait for the patch, but it still does not exist. There is no information about this either.

i just got a awnsher on my ticket from bethesda, the admin awnsherd with:
Please accept my sincere thanks for your patience. Unfortunately, it seems that your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements.

i double checked, compared my video card and such with their minimum.. and mine is well above their minimum!
with other word... this idiot just didn't want to make time to look into it!
my game doesn't even launche.. how the ♥♥♥♥ would that be a system related iseu.. no error nothing..
made a new ticket.. if i get a simular awnsher im just refunding my money and getting a torrent

I understand that the game will not launch for you, however we are not able to provide any further trouble shooting for a system that is beneath our minimums.

just asked for a refund.. im done with this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥..

This isn't the post to talk about this stuff in... btw, you, like a lot of other people who have issues fail to state your specs (video card, OS 32/64bit, CPU, memory, *you* may think everything is "above minimums" when it fact it's not.. and BTW.. its ANSWER not 'awnsher' (I think that right there explains a lot)

As I stated before, you need to list your specs.

And it does, in your case, lost in translation.

didn't get any of the deluxe items and the cheat menu isnt in settings either , steam shows deluxe edition installed , any ideas what i should do?

have you linked your steam account to your Bethesda.net account?
