Vulkan only or not?

I don't accept "search on google" as an answer because there is too much information garbage that states only vulkan is supported, some says opengl also supported, some even says "steam installed directx before launching the game first time so the game also supports directx". Some sources of system requirement even states directx 11 is required. So, nope, google ain't always good source for truth so what is the truth?

Also, if it's vulkan only, is there any news about if this game ever support directx?

And, is there any way to play the game with gpus that doesn't support vulkan?

The game is vulkan only No options and nothing in the ini file to change it .

i also thought vulkan worked with all modern gpu's
