Not able to use overdrive.

Anyone else having this issue? I thought I needed to unlock overdrive because I don't have the ability 12 hours in. I get a multiplayer on kill, but no option to activate ability.

so havnt seen this one before, v is the button bind for it have you checked that it isnt unbound
and for the multiplayer sadly no and its a multiplier

I tried resetting key bindings and V is default set to insta cast. The skull never fills up or glows.

I never used overdrive during the tutorial, OCD thought I should save it. Now 12 hours in and can't use Overdrive.

it tells you at the tutorial to use overdrive and press V

I have this same issue. Tutorial overdrive works, then it never charges for the rest of the game.

same issue here, 19 hours in. had to restart entire game and not "explore" at all in the beginning level in order to get it this time. just blindly move exactly where you need to. apparently i went right when i should've gone left during a certain point in the first level. ruined an entire game playthrough. tried not googling the answers to everything for once, and had my experience ruined.

Just started playing the game and came across tthis "bug" as well.
Tried to restart the game and verify files to no avail.

The FIX -I think is to bind your overdrive to the instant cast!

How I personally dealt with the issue was; unbind all keys with one button you use for everything and so not a single function is keybound outside of 'forward' and 'overdrive instant cast' just to make sure there aren't any conflicts the app can't resolve. Then I tested the overdrive functionality in the section where it's first introduced (in the very beginning) and it worked.
Then I was good to go to bind everything again.

Again bind 'Overdrive (INSTANT CAST)' not 'Overdrive'.
