Recharge station : how does it work ?

Hello

Question seems stupid, but how does this "mini game" works exactly ?
The firts one I met, with only 1 pilar were OK, but now I'm in the desert and they have several pilars and sometimes the "charge bar" just stops and I don't know what the game wants me to do ?

Do I have to stay near a specific pilar ?
Do I need to avoid ennemies to be near the pilars ?
Or just need I to kill everyone no matter where I am ?

Because the last I did was just awful ... the bar was 1 milimeter long and refused to finished, there were like a billion ennemies and I was out of ammo for all my guns ... (yeah for some stupid reason, ennemies do not drop ammo, didn't know they used magic to fill their weapons... ).

After killing few of them with my powers, I finally got the last % but I absolutly don't know why and/or what I did for it.

You need to kill enemies and keep killing them near the towers. I would suggest you mod up your weapons and upgrade you ammo carrying capacity. I didn't do them until later in the game after I had done just that.

You will need to find all the Arks to get weapons and capabilities which will make it easier also.

How many hours have you played and have you finished the main mission as yet?

I'm around 25h of gameplay; I didn't finsished the dagger project yet, I'm exploring the map first.
I found almost all the Arks, I'm just missing one weapon.

I already upgraded my weapons to max (with feltrite) and I got some damages boost from the cyberdoc.

So, focus the ennmies near the towers ? Ok thanks, I'll try that during the nex recharge station.

A maxed out firestorm revolver does wonders against the shrouded.

Sounds good and you are on the right track. I also send out as many Turret Drones as I can to distract them at the same time. You can pause and make more anytime and continue. It's particularly handy on the Recharge Station that has 3 towers and also on the harder levels.

Thanks, I finished the game this afternoon and now I'm in NG+ (nightmare); I'll see if I can survive the stations in this difficulty ^^

I'm still not 100% sure what the game wants, but I'll just shoot everyone until it' complete.
And I have the feltrite laser from the DLC now; funny toy !

Good, at least on NG+ you start off with weapons and any upgrades from the first game and you will likely need everything on Nightmare I can tell you.

Did you notice that you now also have 'Autopilot' for you road vehicles, it should have come with the Ghosts DLC and is very handy and makes the difficult vehicles east to drive.

As far as what the game wants, no I don't know either. Once project Dagger is complete you really are only completing missions for Marshall, Loosum and Kavasir. But of course you can now build up all of your upgrades not obtained first time through. Also it's a great time to explore and I never get bored with that.
