Difficulty achievement exploit???

Does anyone remember this exploit from the 2 Wolfenstein games "The New Order" and "The Old Blood", where simply playing the final level on Uber Difficulty pretty much unlocks all of the difficulty-related achievements?

And do you guys think if "RAGE 2" has a similar exploit, where simply playing the final mission on Nightmare (or the upcoming "Ultra-Nightmare") unlocks the achievement anyway?

It works to get the Nightmare skin, so it will probably work for achievements as well. I don't think the new achievements are enabled right now, probably wait for the patch.

At this time - I try to replay final mission on base but achievement for Nightmare do not open. For Nighmare skin this method work well.

After patch on 25 July it make work. Need to try.

I get no Achievements. I wish I could lol, I would wait a few days after the update in hopes for the Steam Achievements to lock in and work with the updated game, if they added new achievements?

Heck, I re-downloaded Rage 1, and realized I hadn't Achieved any of the damned Achievements despite beating that game the month it was released.. So I got that going for me.. If I only had the VR Setup I could be shooting like Jesse Pinkman.

I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ completed the whole game on Nightmare jsut now and got no achievement. Either bug or lock. If they don't give me the achievement when they unlcok it/debug it I'll be extremely pissed.

i did the exact same thing you did and i don't save alot sooo....i'm just going to do ultra nightmare and ironman if i can...

Most of us completed the game on Nightmare before they even added the achievement.

The real kick in the nuts is that due to the difficulty bug, sure I finished on Nightmare, but I had to switch to Easy and back to Nightmare almost every single load in. That probably negated the Nightmare run right there. So anticipating having to do it all again anyway, hopefully they have fixed the difficulty bug in this update.
