on the ultra preset and @ 4k res, does it hold 60fps? If so what cpu u rocking?

i did look into it but apparently the site i used for comparison is trash, also i said 144p, that's 256x144 not 2560x1440
Do the devs think everyone have a top of the line computer? All they need to do is implement a lower LOD for textures, lighting and models and it would probably run on toasters
34 fps at 4k for 1080 ti and 46 fps for a 2080 ti.
