RAGE 2

This game is so unoptimized!
Everything on low/off, 720p. That's how i run it at 40 to 50 fps with stutters on a 960 4gb edition.
Minimum requirements say 780 3gb tho.
Also running at 144p or 720p makes no difference

key word is "minimum" you are running it, minimally. loving my 1080ti FTW3 all settings maxed out. i didnt even bother to look at FPS as its smooth as silk. time to upgrade

Time to spend money on your computer if you want to play AAA 2019 games.

must be your CPU - I made a nice demo on my 960 2GB at 1080p
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_fbWBFfuT4U&t=228s check it - ran great

maybe learn about hardware first as a 960 is actually well below a 780 in performance. in fact a 780 is over 30% faster than a 960. and looking at your previous posts, you have a 3570 which the minimum cpu for the game. you said you get the same performance at 1440p as you do at 720p so really 40-50 fps is not bad for only meeting min specs for cpu and being below min specs for gpu...

i did look into it but apparently the site i used for comparison is trash, also i said 144p, that's 256x144 not 2560x1440

Do the devs think everyone have a top of the line computer? All they need to do is implement a lower LOD for textures, lighting and models and it would probably run on toasters

I feel like if this one guy picked up a "GTX" 2080Ti, he would know that its not a gtx at all, considering the cheapest ones are like, still 1000 bucks. You pay big for that R in RTX. But who knows. on my 1080Ti im getting nearly 60 fps, but its at 4k with AA off.

you are getting no where near 60 fps for an average at 4k unless you have that res scaling option on. even a 2080 ti does not get close to 60 fps for an average at that resolution.

34 fps at 4k for 1080 ti and 46 fps for a 2080 ti.

144p lmao - are you kidding? I've never heard of it until now.
Low-definition television (LDTV) refers to television systems that have a lower screen resolution than standard-definition television systems.
I think low end cell phones are above 144p - This game probably does not support that resolution. Add that to your ... discussion ...

Game runs great. Everything maxed out on my GTX 1080 @1440p
