Map Location: The In and The Out
Does anyone know whats the significance of this map location? (I haven't finished the game)

There's nothing to collect.

But there is a hatch with some purple spray on it, is it part of the story?

The Rise of Ghost DLC has its entrance/exit there. It won't do anything until you unlock it.

Yeah it's like a Portal or "Fast Travel" to get to and from the 1st DLC Island.

If you do not own the Deluxe Edition (or DLC) you'll just see the building... as for the other spot that gets you to the DLC Island the 1st time, it'll just look like an empty parking lot with a nice bench view lol.
